You’ve decided.

You’re making a change.

This time, things are going to be different.

You’ve researched your plan. You know what you’re going to do.

You start.

You take action. (because you’re serious this time)

But then…

You start to have doubts. You think “Am I doing this right?”

You feel kind of lonely. You don’t have anyone who can relate to what you’re going through.

But, you don’t know who to ask. You don’t know who to turn to.

Step 4: Get Feedback

The need to get some perspective on the work you're doing to make a change really is critical if the goal is to make it stick. All the feelings you'll experience during this step are perfectly normal but knowing what step you're in (along with which step is most likely to trip you up) will help you get ahead of it, making your change effort all the more manageable.Check out the video below for the full discussion on this step of the process where we discuss the following:
