You were not created to play small.

Rebecca sits down with Annie Schlecht, founder of Zen Sleep Consulting, a web-based sleep consulting practice, to chat about how she manages having a gypsy soul in a small town.

Annie lives in a town of 200 people in rural North Dakota, yet often fights against that urge to live in a hustling, bustling city.

The conventional advice we’re given about changing up your environment if it doesn’t fully serve you just doesn’t fly for those of us in rural America. Leaving and relocating isn’t always that simple and so we need a different approach.

Instead, we can learn how to do what we can, with what we have, right where we are. We will likely find the inspiration we need right in our own backyards.
