When Being "Right" is Wrong...

Today's video blog is all about relationships.Particularly, when we've hurt someone and we somehow feel justified in thinking they're just "overreacting" or being sensitive.

I'll also say, if you're on the receiving end of a situation like this, it never hurts to tell the other person you're hurt. It's just as important to recognize that other people can't know we're hurt by something they said or did, especially if it wasn't their intention to hurt us.If they then disregard your pain or treat you like your feelings don't matter, you have every right to continue to be hurt and likely, set a boundary around your relationship with them.Here's to the tough conversations. May we find the courage to have them.
